The rooms were spacious and had modern amenities. the hotel's location was convenient and allowed for easy access to Bordeaux using the local tram service. the parking offered was a great benefit.
To make matters worse, I had trouble checking in and had to wait for a staff member to arrive before being able to enter the hotel.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful green areas and the tram service is just a 5-minute walk away, which makes it quite accessible. Bathrooms and rooms are well-maintained and modern with all the necessary facilities. the staff is quite friendly and welcoming.
There were some issues with the noise level from surrounding parties which made it difficult to have a restful night's sleep.

I loved the spacious and modern rooms with perfect cleanliness. The parking facilities were great and made my stay more comfortable. the transportation was excellent as this city has a tram service which was only a five-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and served by friendly staff.
Nothing happened that could be considered negative. All in all, I highly recommend the hotel for anyone who wants to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby city, accessible via a short tram ride. Parking was ample and easily accessible, which was a plus for us.
The spa was not available during our stay, which was a big disappointment. the staff seemed unresponsive and it was challenging to check in on time.
